McCall Communications Consulting has immediate opportunity for an Information Assurance Analyst. This is an onsite opportunity at the Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.

An active Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for network monitoring, analysis and reporting in accordance with the provisions of DoD Directive 8570.01-M.

• Responsible for the installation, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and administration of IA hardware and software systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving IA problems in response to reported incidents.
• Configure, optimize, and test network devices.
• Participate in IA risk assessments during the C&A process.
• Develop and implement programs to ensure that systems, network, and data users are aware of, understand, and follow IA policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree with at least five years of experience required
• Experience reviewing IA and IA enabled software, hardware, and firmware for compliance with appropriate security configuration guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Experience reviewing AI security plans and identifying alternative functional IA security strategies to address organizational security concerns.
• ITIL Certification required
• Secret Security Clearance Required
